These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 288pkr ("288pkr", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 288pkr website, mobile interface, and all related services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and, if applicable, close your account.

288pkr is an English-language online betting and gaming platform serving players across Pakistan, including those in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you are doing so of your own accord and that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the 288pkr platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other incentive offered by 288pkr subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required by the Platform before certain account actions (such as withdrawals) can be completed.
• "Platform" — the 288pkr website, mobile interface, and all related digital services accessible via https://288pkr.cam.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with 288pkr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be a natural person aged at least 18 years, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Services from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, corporate entity or syndicate when registering or placing bets.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, director or close family member of an employee of 288pkr, its affiliates or any service provider directly involved in the operation of the Platform.
6. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 288pkr or any affiliated platform.
7. You must not have had a previous Account closed by 288pkr for breach of these Terms.

288pkr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If it is determined that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria, the Account will be suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings accumulated during the period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

Players are solely responsible for understanding whether online gambling is lawful in their location. 288pkr does not represent that the Services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. This is not legal advice, and players in Pakistan should seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about their obligations under local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on 288pkr. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 288pkr immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Update your Account information promptly whenever it changes.

288pkr will not be held liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless 288pkr is found to have been negligent in its security obligations.

288pkr reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason, and to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

As part of our commitment to security and responsible operation, 288pkr is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawal requests or at any other time deemed necessary by the Platform. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your mobile wallet or bank account showing your name).
• A selfie or live verification as requested by our compliance team.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 288pkr may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, Account closure. 288pkr handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on 288pkr — including deposits and withdrawals — are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform at the time of the transaction. These limits may be updated from time to time at the operator's discretion.

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 288pkr references familiar payment methods for Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — as contextual references only. Actual availability of any method depends on the current operator configuration. None of these providers endorse or are affiliated with gambling on this Platform.
• Deposits are typically credited to the Account balance promptly upon confirmation; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed only after successful KYC verification and after any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full.

288pkr may offer various bonus promotions to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins and cashback offers tied to sporting events such as PSL T20 matches, ICC Cricket World Cup campaigns and other Pakistan cricket fixtures.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another Player or Account.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and used after real-money funds are exhausted, unless otherwise specified.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically, sports betting contributes at a different rate than casino games. Refer to the individual bonus terms for precise contribution percentages.
• 288pkr reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time and to disqualify Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers.
• Abuse of bonuses includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged bets to guarantee a profit from bonus funds, or any other strategy deemed by 288pkr to be exploitative of a promotion.

All bets placed on 288pkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market or game in question, as published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any wager.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless the Platform explicitly provides a "cash out" or "bet edit" feature for that market.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data-feed failure that affects the outcome or processing of a bet, 288pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the wager.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules, including possible delays between action and market suspension. 288pkr will not be liable for bets placed after an event outcome has been determined where a delay in data transmission occurred.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically.
• 288pkr reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player or Account at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 288pkr and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime involving the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players, casino dealers or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on the outcome of matches or events in which you, or anyone known to you, holds insider information not available to the general public.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion orders or any other responsible gambling mechanism in place on the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward 288pkr staff or other users of the Platform.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

All content on the 288pkr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software and the overall look and feel of the interface — is the property of 288pkr or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right, licence or interest in any content is granted.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit or distribute any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 288pkr.
• Use any data mining, scraping or similar data-collection tools on the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the 288pkr name, logo or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288pkr, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

288pkr does not warrant or represent that:

• The Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses at all times.
• Any information on the Platform is accurate, complete or current at all times.
• The outcome of any game or sporting event can be predicted or influenced by any information provided on the Platform.

In no event shall 288pkr's total aggregate liability to you, for any cause whatsoever, exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

288pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address on file.

Your continued use of the Services following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Services immediately and may close your Account by contacting our support team.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed to operate (details of which are available on the Platform or upon request from our support team).

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under the applicable laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be waived by agreement.

Players based in Pakistan acknowledge that 288pkr does not claim authorisation or licensing by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Compliance with local Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — is the sole responsibility of the Player. This is not legal advice.
